Archived Souls is an independent label founded and designed by yed, run out of Virginia.

Yes. AS-001 is the first piece. Every piece after it carries the same rule: structure on the interior, made for the wearer only.

It means the garment is made from scratch. Patterns are drafted, fabric is cut to those patterns, and the piece is sewn from raw material. The alternative, what most small brands do, is buying a blank hoodie and printing a logo on it.

AS-001 has no blank underneath it. The fabric weight, the crop, the drop shoulder, the hood construction, the interior lining: all of it is specified, sampled, corrected, and built to our own pattern.

GSM is grams per square meter, fabric weight. A standard hoodie runs 280–320. AS-001 is 450 GSM, 100% cotton French terry. Roughly 50% heavier than what you’re used to. It hangs instead of draping, holds its shape, and doesn’t soften into a rag after a season.

AS-001 is finished with a vintage sun-fade wash. no two pieces are identical. It will continue to develop with wear.

No. AS-001 is 100 pieces and that’s the whole run. this exact design will not be produced again. A future release could revisit the silhouette in a different colorway if there’s demand, but it won’t be this piece.

changes are only possible before a shipping label is created. Email orders@archivedsouls.com immediately with your order number. Once a package has shipped, we are unable to change the order.

The United States only, for this release. International shipping is planned but not open yet. If you’re outside the U.S., join the early access list and we’ll tell you when it opens.

Please don’t use a freight forwarder to get around this. Once a package is delivered to a forwarder it leaves our chain of custody and we can’t help with loss, damage, or a defect claim.

Orders are packed and shipped by hand, one at a time.

Standard processing: 1–3 business days

Release days: up to 5 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. An order placed on a weekend begins processing the next business day.

Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and they start when the carrier takes possession, not when you place the order. Rates and estimated delivery are calculated at checkout based on your address.

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your label is created. A tracking number appearing before the package moves is normal, carriers scan it in when they collect it, which can be a day or two later.

Once a package leaves our facility it’s in the carrier’s possession, and what happens to it there is outside our control. We aren’t able to refund or replace packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked delivered but missing.

1. Check around the property, with neighbors, and at the building office.

2. Wait 48 hours — packages marked delivered often turn up the next day.

3. Contact your local carrier facility with the tracking number.

4. If it still hasn’t appeared, open a claim directly with the carrier.

Email orders@archivedsouls.com and we’ll send the shipping receipt, declared value, and any documentation the carrier needs from the shipper.

Damage in transit is a carrier issue. Every piece is inspected and packed by hand before it ships.

Photograph the outer box before you open it, then photograph the garment, and keep all packaging, carriers routinely require it for inspection. File the claim with the carrier using your tracking number. Email orders@archivedsouls.com and we’ll provide whatever documentation the carrier needs from us.

AS-001 is a limited run of 100 pieces and all sales are final.

The one exception is a manufacturing defect. If your piece has one, email orders@archivedsouls.com within 14 days of delivery, with photos and your order number. It must be unworn.

No. With 100 pieces total we can’t guarantee a size will exist to exchange into, so we don’t offer size exchanges. Check the sizing guidance above before you order, and if you’re between sizes, ask us — orders@archivedsouls.com.
